This course enables students to further understand the fundamentals of marketing and able to use the knowledge in managing the challenges in present business environment. It discusses the topics like the definition of marketing, environmental factors in marketing, consumer behavior, market research, market segmentation and product planninbg, pricing strategy, distribution and promotional strategy.
This course will provide students with knowledge about safety in the workshop, various measuring tools, hand and power tools, bench fitting, metal working processes, fasteners as well as the various processes of engine recovery.
